“I’ve always believed that food is meant to be shared. Whether it’s a recipe, or sharing a meal, food is meant to be enjoyed by everyone. As a chef, this principle has been a driving force behind my career.
“I first started in the culinary industry in a local ski and golf resort before finding my way to London, England to work in my dream restaurant Fifteen, owned by the world-renowned celebrity Chef Jamie Oliver. Having grown up watching Jamie Oliver, and having him spark my joy for food, it was beyond humbling to have the opportunity to work at his restaurant Fifteen. It was there that I further discovered a passion for traditional Italian cuisine, and mentoring others on the roots of food and fundamentals.
I made my way back to Canada with the purpose of mentoring all walks of life on basic skills and kitchen fundamentals at home, this led me to opening my own company Pass It On Kitchen. I believe that, as Chefs, it is our fiduciary responsibility that we help mentor people not only about recipes, but also on the importance of food fundamentals and good practices in any kitchen.
My culinary journey has now led me to Chef’s Paradise and being a part of Chef’s Paradise Live. It’s an exciting time to be at Chef’s Paradise as we ring in our 100th year. I look forward to sharing my passion with you and helping develop your skills in the kitchen.”
